The purchase of a puzzle grants ownership of the physical product only and does not include any rights to reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the image or puzzle design. Puzzles may not be copied, reproduced, used for promotional or commercial purposes or incorporated into derivative works without prior written consent. All images used in the puzzles remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Image Integrity & Presentation
The photographer retains full creative control over cropping, composition, colour grading, tonality and final print presentation. While every effort is made to represent images accurately online, minor variations may occur due to screen calibration differences and printing processes.

The external dimensions of the finished product may vary depending on the selected print option and framing system.

For Fine Art Prints, the approximate external dimensions are:

Production & Delivery Options for Frame prints
Two different production and delivery providers are available depending on the customer’s preference and location:

- The first option is a locally produced framed print prepared in Dundalk, Ireland, through a professional framing partner as referenced on this website. To protect the quality and integrity of each piece, all frame and canvas orders are available for complimentary collection in Dundalk, as courier delivery cannot be guaranteed due to the fragile nature of framed and canvas artworks. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection and provided with the relevant collection details.

- The second option is an international production and delivery service, offering a wider range of print formats and production options designed to suit different preferences. Through this provider, artworks can be produced and delivered internationally to more than 50 countries, with several print and presentation options available.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, the size of the artwork and the selected production option. The total order cost includes the artwork, the chosen print or frame option and any applicable shipping fees. Customers should allow approximately 12 working days for delivery, although delivery times may vary depending on location and production requirements.

Shipping & Delivery for Photography Puzzles​

Photography puzzles sold on this website feature original photographic artwork and are available in three piece-count options: 500 pieces, 1,000 pieces and 2,000 pieces. All puzzles are produced to order once a purchase is confirmed and customers are responsible for selecting the correct puzzle size at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase and orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed. Puzzle orders are shipped within Ireland only via delivery courier and customers should allow approximately 5 to 8 working days from order confirmation for dispatch and delivery, subject to availability and circumstances beyond our control. Customers must ensure that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate, as responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier once the order has been dispatched. As puzzles are made to order, returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection of piece count or personal preference are not accepted, without prejudice to statutory rights under Irish consumer law. If a puzzle arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. All images used in the puzzles remain the intellectual property of the photographer and the purchase of a puzzle does not grant any reproduction, resale or commercial usage rights.
