All photographs displayed on this website are the original work of the photographer and are protected under Irish Copyright and Related Rights legislation, European Union copyright law and international copyright conventions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise all rights are reserved. The purchase of a framed print or the viewing of this portfolio does not transfer ownership, copyright or any intellectual property rights in any image.

Image Integrity & Presentation
The photographer retains full creative control over cropping, composition, colour grading, tonality and final print presentation. While every effort is made to represent images accurately online, minor variations may occur due to screen calibration differences and printing processes.
Credits & Attribution
Where images are shared with permission, proper credit must be given to the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The removal, alteration or obscuring of watermarks, signatures or embedded metadata is strictly prohibited.
Commissions & Client Work
Images created as part of commissioned work remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients receive usage rights only as explicitly defined in their licence agreement.

Shipping & Delivery
All framed prints and canvas artworks available on this website are produced to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch from the date your order is confirmed. Production timelines may vary slightly during busy periods or where specialised materials are required, and any significant delays will be communicated where possible.
To protect the quality and integrity of each piece, all frame and canvas orders are available for complimentary collection in Dundalk, as courier delivery cannot be guaranteed due to the fragile nature of framed and canvas artworks. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection and provided with the relevant collection details.
